White Twine Vine Milkweed, Funastrum clausum is Florida's only vining milkweed. Growing 10 to 30 feet. This vine needs trellising or a fence to grow on. Clusters of blooms are very fragrant. This milkweed is preferred by the Queen Monarch, Danaus gilippus caterpillars. 

 Larval host to the monarch butterfly (Danaus plexippus), queen butterfly (Danaus gilippus) and soldier butterfly, (Danaus eresimus). Despite its name, this is not the preferred larval host of the monarch.
